Yianna "Anna" Albertson
Founder and Managing Attorney

Yianna "Anna" Albertson is the founder of Legal Angel and the managing attorney. She has won multiple awards for her work in the legal field including but not limited to being selected as Nevada Legal Elite and being included on top lawyer lists for My Vegas and Desert Companion magazines. She an experienced civil trial attorney has also been referred to casually by other attorneys as one of the best trial attorneys in the state of Nevada. She has participated in more than 50 jury trials and in more than 35 of them had the role of first-chair trial counsel.

Ms. Albertson has worked for regional and national insurance companies, large and small businesses, and many private individuals. She has represented more than 1000 clients. She founded Legal Angel specifically to offer her clients a greater range of services while maintaining the highest quality standard of legal assistance and providing quick, efficient results that are often lacking in larger firms. As a result, Legal Angel offers a broad range of personalized and professional services from attorneys that care about the outcome of the case and the best interests of the client.

Although Ms. Albertson's philosophy requires a large time commitment and often an emotional investment in her cases, her results demonstrate the pay off. Over the course of her career she has had multiple years where she resolved over one hundred (100) cases for her clients. Additionally, she has an unmatched recent trial success record in Clark County, Nevada. There are very few attorneys in Southern Nevada with as much recent trial experience as Ms. Albertson.

In addition to her work as a litigator, Ms. Albertson is a court-certified arbitrator, court-appointed Judge Pro Tem, and trained mediator. She currently serves as a court-appointed arbitrator and short trial judge in Clark County, Nevada and has been selected by other attorneys to act as a private arbitrator for binding arbitration. Additionally, through her role as a Judge Pro Tem, she sat as the judge for the first civil trial to go forward in District Court post-pandemic shut downs.


In her free time Ms. Albertson spends time with her husband and daughter. She enjoys yoga and loves the beach.
